We're looking for an ambitious, self-motivated Growth Manager to join the world’s largest performance video agency on a path to IPO. This is an expert-level role, and a unique opportunity for at-scale impact.

We’re a data-driven video startup based in LA that’s grown to become the largest producer of video ads on paid social in the 4 years since founding. Collectively, our videos account for ~5% of all paid video views on Facebook and Instagram in North America and reach 100-200 million people per day.

What You'll Do

As a growth manager at TubeScience, you'll have the autonomy to decide how to use TubeScience resources in order to maximize return on investment, for both the company and clients alike! You'll work with clients ranging from late-stage startups to publicly traded companies representing a wide variety of industry verticals who rely on performance marketing for their success. You ‘ll work with cross-functional team members to efficiently grow clients’ businesses by optimizing campaigns across media platforms and resolving blockers to achieve shared goals.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the media strategy for a portfolio of major advertisers reaching $100M+/year in revenue.

  • Develop and foster strong, trusted relationships with your clients from primary POCs to C-Suite

  • Routinely conduct data analysis to uncover insights, inform campaign improvements, future media plans, and testing opportunities.

  • Think holistically as a marketer & learn to translate business needs into comprehensive media decisions.

  • Identify and pitch value-creating opportunities that can be realized through deploying specific media optimizations/changes in our clients’ accounts.

    Skills and Competencies

  • You are great at packaging client-ready campaign insights and reports and recommending actionable next steps that will improve performance and drive business results.

  • You’re comfortable accessing ad accounts and quickly understanding the lay of the land including account structure, targeting strategy, measurement/attribution, and the method(s) being used to test and scale creative.

  • You’re passionate about digital advertising: You’re seen as a thought leader among peers because of your never ending pursuit of knowledge and understanding.

  • Articulate: you are an effective oral and written communicator.

  • Self-sufficient / get-it-done mindset / take high ownership of projects you work on

  • Results-focused; excited to measure yourself on objective metrics.

  • Team player: you like working with others, and you appreciate and act on feedback.

    Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of “hands-on-keyboard” digital advertising experience.

  • Strong quantitative reasoning and data analysis capabilities with a proficiency in excel

  • Expert knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.

  • A broad understanding of the entire digital marketing ecosystem particularly as it relates

    to the sales funnel, measurement, and attribution.

  • Experience leading the strategy and day-to-day management of multiple Facebook Ad

  • Experience leading the strategy and day-to-day management of multiple Facebook Ad

    programs spending over $250K/month.

  • Strong attention to detail and project organizational skills.

  • Strong client communication and management skills

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience querying FB’s ads api

    • Experience with SQL and BI tools

    • Experience driving ad strategy and execution on Snap, TikTok, Google, and

      Pinterest.

    • Experience working on a collaborative team with creatives.

    • Experience creating videos for social media.

      Note: TubeScience offers remote/flexible work (unless specified to be required to be in-person) and is open to hiring remote candidates who are residents in any US state.

Compensation:

TubeScience provides the wage ranges it reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for all remote roles and as otherwise required by applicable law. The expected range of starting pay for this role is $85,000 – $105,000 annually. Actual compensation may vary within the listed range based on a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, experience, and specific geographic location.

We focus on profitable growth with clients and grow their investment by 80% on average.

  • We work on a pure pay for performance basis. Zero production fees for video. Clients only pay us if our videos outperform anything they’re running internally.
